Process for Manual Cashback Credit
Eligibility Check:
Verify if the customer meets all the criteria for cashback (e.g., correct coupon code, minimum order value met).
If the customer has not received cashback within 24 hours of a successful transaction, proceed with the manual credit process.
Communication to customer:
We apologize for the delay in processing your cashback. We have reviewed the situation and confirmed that the cashback has not been credited to your account as expected.
To resolve this, we will manually add the cashback to your account.
The agent must fill out the Cashback Request Form TC Manual Refund form on behalf of the customer.
Escalation:
If there is any issue with the manual credit process or if the situation is unclear, escalate the matter to the Team Lead (TL) or Assistant Manager (AM) for further investigation.
