Scenario:

If a customer’s amount has been debited but the order is not confirmed due to a payment gateway issue, the refund process will follow the below guidelines.
Policy Guidelines:

  1. Unsuccessful Transactions:

    • In cases where a payment fails but the amount is debited, the funds may be held by either the bank or the payment gateway.

    • TenderCuts does not receive the amount in such scenarios due to latency or transaction failures.

  2. Refund Timeline:

    • Customers are advised to wait for 3 business days for the amount to be automatically reversed by their bank or wallet.

    • They should check their bank or wallet statement after this period.

  3. Customer Communication:

    • If the refund is not received within 3 business days, the customer should be advised to contact their respective bank or payment provider.

    • If further assistance is required, they can reach out to TenderCuts support for resolution.


Communication:

Due to a payment gateway delay, the amount was debited but not received by us. It should be automatically refunded within 3 business days by your bank or wallet. Please check your statement after this period.
