Upon reviewing the details, I see that the order was placed in the XXXX slot and is currently in processing. Once the processing is complete, the order will be shipped and delivered to your location. 

Delivery Agent Contact: Once the order is out for delivery, you can view the delivery agent's number in the TenderCuts App.

Steps to guide customer(Self serve):
1️⃣ Open the TenderCuts App.
2️⃣ Navigate to Orders in the menu.
3️⃣ Go to Live Orders.
4️⃣ Select your order to track the real-time status. 
Tagging: Order status Enquiry(OSE)> Pending/processing.
