Handling Customer Disputes or Repeat Requests

If the order is still pending:
As a valued customer, we do not want to disappoint you. I will inform the store team to accommodate your request this time. However, please note that we cannot assure the same for future orders.

Action Steps:
1) Call the store team and update them about the request.
2) Follow up to ensure the customization is completed.
 3) Post the request in the delivery group on WhatsApp for visibility.

If the order processing is already completed:
I regret to inform you that the order has already been processed, and we are unable to make any further modifications at this stage.
